Who We Are
3GT is a non-profit organization founded to provide safe, structured recreational shooting opportunities for the community, especially focused on empowering the next generation through outdoor sports education. We believe that outdoor sports can instill lifelong values like responsibility, leadership, and confidence.
Meet Our Founders
Ben Sandfur – President & CEO
With over 20 years in the firearms industry, Ben’s expertise spans law enforcement, military, and competitive shooting. His leadership ensures that safety, discipline, and education remain at the heart of everything we do.
Hector Hernandez – Secretary & Marketing Specialist
A military veteran and dedicated firearms instructor, Hector brings both technical expertise and a passion for youth mentorship through shooting sports.
